    hotel is very well located, room is wide and comfortable as well as the beds. One night my colleague left a bag with purchases made during the day in the lobby and next day at night, thanks to the collaboration of Daniel Wong could be tracked down and found, since those who found the bag did not have the gesture to deliver it to the reception as appropriate. By means of DANIEL's action they returned what had been forgotten and in stages, first they gave a part and as we continued to claim the other appeared. We arrived on February 6 in the morning around noon with a taxi that charged excessively EXTRAS for luggage ( 150 hkd ) and man who received us with glasses said in front of the taxi driver that it was correct when in fact it was not, since we left with 2 more bags when we went to the airport and they charged 60HKD ). By this I mean that although there are excellent staff in the hotel, they are not all reliable.

    There are stairs to enter, there are no escalators to enter the hotel, depending on where you enter, if you arrive by taxi there is no problem because it leaves at the reception level.

    Closeness to the nearby shoppings. Helpful staffs. The room got the high ceiling this time and on the same floor of the gym and pool.

    The hotel is showing a bit of its age and the aluminium windows crackling sound due to the in/outdoor temp difference is annoying. Inter-room sound insolation were poor. Full of noisy tourists from mainland China, long queue for the breakfast and the pedestrians access to Peking Rd is dangerous. The in-house complimentary wifi speed is a joke!

    What shines and what doesn't

    The really good service made our stay nice, especially in the Executive Lounge with attentive staff providing great breakfasts and good drinks.

    The dining experience was disappointing, particularly during the dinner buffet, lacking quality and variety for the high price.

    The service itself was just outstanding! My birthday happened to land during my stay at Langham and I was welcomed by a birthday cake and a birthday card from the manager. It was really thoughtful of them. Everything else was great.

    I loved that there was an extra children's toothbrush for my son, and the in-room dining was super fast and delicious! They have a nice swimming pool and a relaxing sauna for some downtime after a long day. The only minor issue was that the lifts felt a bit crowded at times, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 🏨
